Your Role

As a Business Development Manager in our Customer Growth team for JobAuto, you work jointly with our VP Customer Growth to develop our new product offering and drive growth with our existing customers for FINN. We have three business areas with our B2C, B2B and B2B2C businesses. Your main initial focus will be With JobAuto (B2B2C) - our youngest and fastest growing business. W, we are targeting companies of all sizes to help their employees switch to electric mobility through salary sacrifice benefits. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity building one of FINN’s future growth drivers from the start - with the resources and experiences of a successful growth company. With strong project management, conceptual and analytical skills you will advance our JobAuto product, processes and go-to-market strategy and execute growth opportunities. Beyond that you will also take responsibilities for the overall unit and drive initiatives to leverage benefits across customer groups.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth opportunities for FINN: Derived from our company strategy, it is your task as the right hand of our VP Customer Growth to shape and execute winning growth strategies for our existing FINN customers across B2C, B2B and B2B2C. You support in identifying growth opportunities and manage strategic growth projects..

  • Drive accelerating growth for JobAuto: Your first focus will be the youngest and fastest growing business for FINN - JobAuto. Working closely with our JobAuto Product team and our JobAuto customer-facing teams, you drive key initiatives to accelerate JobAuto growth.

  • Lead our business planning and performance analysis: You lead our OKR and business planning processes and derive actionable insights from our performance. Based on data-driven insights, you then derive and implement specific actions to capture this additional potential.

Your Profile

  • Graduated with a degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in a high performance environment like a startup or a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Joy in developing new concepts from the start and ability to own and drive multiple projects.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate observations into measures.
  • Strong bias to action to improve our product and processes continuously and flexibility to take on new tasks in an evolving business.
  • Strong solution-finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
  • Proactive stakeholder management and structured communication.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
