Sanity Group's mission is to improve people's quality of life in Europe through the meaningful use of cannabinoids. We believe that nature still has a lot of untapped potential that can contribute to a healthier life for many people. In addition to pharmaceuticals, we are also focussing on cannabinoid-based wellbeing and cosmetic products. At the same time, the Sanity Group is researching new medical products, innovative dosage forms and technological products to further develop the infrastructure.

Help us to unlock the full potential of the cannabis plant and its components and make it usable for people.

As a Marketing Manager you will own marketing for our new clinic network in Poland - getting patients to find us, book consultations, and trust the brand. Right now no one is dedicated to this, and growth depends on it. You'll build the marketing function from the ground up, with the freedom to launch, test, and adjust rather than follow a ready-made playbook.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You own the patient journey end-to-end - from someone's first contact with us to a booked consultation, making sure nothing gets lost along the way.

  • You build a simple, effective marketing plan that drives awareness and bookings, without over-engineering it before we've even launched.

  • You develop our local brand and reputation in the Polish market, so patients recognize and trust us from day one.

  • Extending our reach through joint marketing initiatives with pharmacy and distribution partners is part of what you own.

  • You run and continuously improve digital campaigns across our main channels, always optimizing based on what's actually working.

  • You track the numbers that matter - leads, conversions, cost per booking - and report on progress so we can make informed decisions.

  • You stay closely aligned with Sanity Group's central marketing team, so local activity fits within the group's overall branding.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Digital marketing experience across SEO, paid social, and campaign management

  • Comfortable with a CRM or marketing automation tool for managing leads and bookings

  • Able to manage or optimize a website/landing page

  • Familiar with analytics tools: GA4, ad platform dashboards, basic reporting

  • Able to brief and coordinate content (copy, video, social), even without producing it all personally

  • Good communicator - works well with the clinic team, doctors, pharmacy partners, and the wider Sanity Group brand team

  • Self-starter, comfortable building something new without a ready-made playbook

  • Practical and fast-moving - willing to launch, test, and adjust rather than overplan

  • Track record of driving real leads and bookings/sales through digital marketing

  • Native Polish and fluent English - both required

  • Experience setting up marketing from scratch, ideally in a startup or early-stage environment

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

  • We offer you flexible working hours in an innovative and agile working environment.

  • We offer you the option to work remotely (2 weeks per quarter, 4 weeks in the first quarter - whether EU or non-EU)

  • We cultivate uncomplicated interaction with each other in flat hierarchies and with short decision-making paths.

  • We want to create an open culture and agile working methods, with plenty of room for creativity and space for your ideas.

  • We pay fairly - based on your qualifications and experience.

  • We offer internal and external development opportunities, because standing still means going backwards.

  • We live an error culture with the motto ‘Fail fast’, because mistakes make us better when we deal with them transparently and learn from them.

  • You get a discount on our vaay products and our avaay merch.

  • We organise team events & corporate volunteering for lots of fun & purpose outside of work.

YOUR WAY TO US

Send us your application and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. A 30 min video call with someone from our People Team to talk about the position, your expectations and questions.

  2. A 60min video call with Hanna (Head of Poland Expansion) to do a DeepDive and talk in detail about the position and the interfaces.

Important: We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome everyone. If you need any adjustments to the application process, please let us know at any time.

While people from traditionally marginalised groups tend to apply only if they meet all the criteria, studies show that men are more likely to apply for a job if they meet at least 60% of the required criteria. So if you think you have the necessary qualifications and skills, but don't fulfil every single one of the above requirements, we encourage you to get in touch with us anyway. We would be happy to have a chat with you and see if you have the potential to fill the position.

SOUNDS GOOD? Then send us your application. We look forward to hearing from you!
